The challenge
Orders came in by phone and email, were re-keyed into a whiteboard, then re-keyed again into accounting. Nothing was real-time, disputes were hard to resolve without proof, and the finance team spent days chasing paperwork to raise invoices.

The solution
Orders now flow into ERPNext, auto-assign to drivers, and move through a status workflow that mirrors the real world. Drivers capture signed proof-of-delivery from their phones; confirmation instantly triggers the invoice. Dispatch sees every job live, and finance stopped chasing paper entirely.
