A headless storefront in sync with ERPNext
Verde Organics sold through a slow, third-party store that never matched their real inventory. Overselling was routine and their brand deserved better. We built a headless Next.js storefront powered directly by their ERPNext data.
The challenge
Their old store synced with ERP once a day, so stock and prices were always stale, customers ordered items that weren't there. The storefront was slow, hard to brand, and every promotion meant a developer ticket and a nervous wait.
Our approach
- 01
Designed a fast, on-brand storefront with a headless Next.js frontend.
- 02
Exposed products, stock, and pricing from ERPNext through a clean API layer.
- 03
Wired checkout to create sales orders in ERPNext in real time.
- 04
Integrated a payment gateway with automatic order and stock reconciliation.
- 05
Gave the marketing team control of collections and content without developer help.
The solution
The new storefront reads live stock and pricing from ERPNext, so what customers see is always real. Orders drop straight into ERP as sales orders, payment reconciles automatically, and the marketing team runs promotions on their own. Page loads went from sluggish to instant.
The Frappe system we delivered, live operations in one place.
“The store finally feels like our brand, and it's always accurate. We stopped apologising for overselling.”
